Cancellation & Refund Policy
We aim to provide a high-quality educational experience while ensuring clarity and fairness for all participants. Please review the following cancellation and registration terms prior to enrolment.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Minimum Enrolment Requirement
Our courses require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If this requirement is not met, courses may be rescheduled or cancelled. In the event of a cancellation by the organiser due to low enrolment, a full refund of registration fees will be provided.
Participant Cancellations
60+ days: Full refund minus a small administrative processing fee.
30–60 days: 50% refund or transfer of credit to a future course.
Less than 30 days: No refunds available as course resources and venue arrangements have been finalised.
Registration closes 14 days prior: No new enrolments or changes can be processed after this date.
Registration Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another eligible clinician with prior written approval from Strong Her Way. Transfers must be requested at least 14 days prior to course commencement.
Payment Plans & Outstanding Payments
All payment plan instalments must be completed prior to the course start date. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of your place and existing payments in line with participant cancellation terms.
Pre-Course Online Learning Requirement
Completion of required online learning modules is mandatory prior to attending the live practical component. This ensures clinical safety and a shared foundational knowledge for all participants.
Course Cancellation or Changes by Organiser
While every effort is made to proceed as planned, Strong Her Way reserves the right to change venues, speakers, or dates if necessary. In the rare event of a full cancellation by us, participants will receive a choice between a 100% refund or a credit for a future session.
CPD & Professional Education
Our education is designed for registered healthcare professionals. CPD certificates are issued upon completion of all live and online course requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure the content meets their specific professional peak body requirements.
Photography & Media
Strong Her Way may capture photography or videography during workshops for educational or promotional use. By enrolling, you consent to this capture, unless you explicitly notify us in writing prior to the event.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a Strong Her Way course, workshop, or mentoring program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Cancellation & Refund terms.
Additional business terms and policies may apply to other services, digital products, mentoring, or future educational offerings
